Can I end up in jail for violating my informal probation?

I got a ticket 3 years ago for my daughter climbing out of her car seat. It didn't get to court so my license was suspended. In 2009 I got into an accident again while driving and this time went to court. I was fined and put on 3 years informal probation. About a month and half ago my ride couldn't take me to work and didn't want to lose my job. I have 3 kids and am expecting another one so I drove without a license. I got pulled over for my tags being late and I informed the officer about my suspended license. She gave me a ticket for both and I waited for someone to pick me up and drive my car home. She gave me until June 16 to get the tags and get my license back which I have done both. I know that driving is a violation of my informal probation. I'm wondering what could happen and if they will put me in jail for the violation.
