Can I get arrested for unpaid credit card debts?
A collection agency claims that I owe an outstanding balance for a credit card from the early 1990's. I have checked all of my credit reports and this does not appear on any of the three reports. They have filed a suit with a district court to garnish my wages. Is this legal? Do I have any recourse?
