Can you be given a DUI for sitting in your car?
A cop arrested me for DUI even though though I was not even driving! Can they lie like that? I was only sitting/sleeping in my car until the morning because I did not want to drive home drunk. The air conditioning and radio was on but I WAS NOT driving. Should I just hire a lawyer now to get rid of it?
