There is no way to guess with any sort of accuracy. I can say that misdemeanors range from C to A. C is traffic ticket level and are punishable by a fine only. B is punishable by up to 6 months in jail & up to a $2,000 fine, and A is punishable by up to 1 year in jail and up to a $4,000 fine. The offenses cannot be stacked so the punishments run concurrently. You may be eligible for probation or deferred.

You will sit in jail until your case is over or until you plead. You need to get a bail bondsman, get out of jail and then fight your cases.
