What can I do about police harrassment?

The police have threatened to put me in jail if I don't allow them use of my private property to get to a landlocked house behind the property line. Also, because of familial issues with them, I believe they are harassing me.

File a complaint with the police department's internal affairs department although generally the law allows for access to landlocked houses through another's property if necessary. You can also write a letter to the editor to draw attention to the issue.

You need to file a civil law suit against them. Google for a civil plaintiff's attorney in your area.
