What states require an ignition interlock device after a DUI conviction? What is the constitutionality and legality of such devices? Does the law change from county to county?

It depends on every state. Here in Texas is it by discretion of the court on a 1dt DWI. And mandatory on anything voer a first dwi, anything hire than a 0.15, or if you are a minor.
