When can I purchase a gun legally?

I am on ARD for paraphernalia and was denied a gun purchase. Is there a way I can fight this?

What's ARD? Felon's can never own a gun, but paraphernalia is a misdemeanor. So probably after your ARD, I assume it's a type of probation in that County.
